在过去的百年、千年甚至是万年历史长河中,地球的气候和环境经历了什么,驱动力是什么?在漫长的地质历史中,当今人类生活的地球处于什么状态,未来路在何方?人类真的可以主宰地球吗,人类对地球气候和环境的影响程度如何?反之,气候变化又如何影响人类文明的发展?针对上述重大科学问题,咱们的研究方向聚焦海洋碳循环与古海洋环境重建。借助先进的仪器设备和加速器质谱科研平台,探究西太平洋及其边缘海的古海洋环境演变、生物泵演化及有机碳循环过程等。特别鼓励研究生利用现有的科研平台探索自己感兴趣的研究课题。 近年来的研究成果总结: (1)提出TEX86指标在中国浅水陆架(水深<100 m)指示底层海水温度,在深水海区指示次表层海水温度,为重建海洋上层水体热量演化提供方法和视角。 (2)提出东亚冬季风在更新世的演变受低纬ENSO气候态和高纬冰盖的共同驱动,创新解释了冬季风演变中的“40万年周期”难题。 (3)提出末次冰期以来北太平洋中高纬度海洋生物泵受控于海洋动力过程,挑战了“铁假说”。 (4)提出全新世南黄海海水温度及水团演化受高低纬的共同影响,揭示了低纬驱动在全新世气候演变中的重要作用。 (5)创新应用双碳同位素技术提出水动力过程是东海沉积有机碳年龄的重要调控因子,解释了沉积记录中普遍存在的有机碳老化现象。 重点看这里:每年招收一名硕士研究生和一名博士研究生,同时诚挚邀请有机碳循环、古海洋与古气候相关的博士生加入团队从事博士后研究。看了上面的介绍,同学可能想问:你做的研究跟化学有什么关系,你为什么在化学化工学院招生,未来就业形式如何?欢迎咨询与交流(ldw@ouc.edu.cn)。无论你来或者不来,多了解一些信息终究是好的。 | ||||||||||||||||
