氮同位素示踪技术;河流-近海-陆架-大洋溶解有机氮的源、汇和转化过程,微生物与溶解有机氮相互作用机制;叶绿素单体/卟啉单体氮同位素反演海洋近现代氮循环过程;海沟深渊氮循环过程与微生物/动力过程耦合;大型海藻的氮吸收-代谢-转化过程和机理。

5年来,主持完成国家自然科学基金面上项目1项(41576082),参加国家自然科学基金重大研究计划培育项目(92051115),参加国家重点研发项目海斗深渊环境特征与生命演化过程(2018YFC0309800)并担任子课题负责人(2018YFC0309803-02),负责海沟水团生源要素空间特征和同位素示踪分析;先后协调组织并参加马里亚纳海沟调查航次4次,具有丰富的深海大洋出海作业经验。
